  1. Lunch Today is Baked Ziti with sausage, peppers and onions, assorted fruits and vegetables with low fat white or chocolate milk

 

  1. Attention all Model United Nations Club members - we will meet today after school to prepare for the field trip to Temple University 11 April.

 

  1. Attention all 8th grade students - if you are interested in applying to be a peer mediator at Conestoga next year, please pick up an application in the main office starting Monday.  Applications are open to all 8th grade students.  Please see Miss Hickey if you have any questions

 

  1. Attention sewing club members…There will be no sewing club today.  Sewing club will be held tomorrow.

 

  1. There will be another pretzel sale to raise money for Japan -  on Wednesday, April 6th at dismissal. Pretzels will be $1.00 each

 

  1. Do you know what blood cancer is?  It’s a disease that occurs in the blood.  A healthy blood cell turns into a bad blood cell and multiplies.  To get rid of this disease, blood cancer patients have to take special medicines.  By participating in Pennies for patients, we will be helping raise money to find cures for blood cancer.

 

Don’t forget to bring in any extra coins to raise money for cancer.  We will be collecting coins for the next two weeks.  All you have to do is collect coins and put them in your homeroom’s collection box.  The top fundraising homeroom will win a pizza party!!! Every cent counts, so start collecting today!!

 

  1. All students who participated in the Chester County Math Counts competition should report to Ms. Quirk’s room promptly at 11:20 TODAY for your yearbook picture.

 

  1. Due to the 8th period assembly today, would all members of Mr. Snell's 8th period social studies class please report to room 115 for a Chapter 6 Test review
