Announcements for Wednesday, November 16, 2011

1. Today’s lunch is Nachos with Spiced Beef, cheese, salsa and sour cream, low fat white or chocolate milk, and assorted fruits and vegetables.

 

2. All after school activities are cancelled for next week, Nov. 21- 25

 

3. There will be a short meeting for all 8^th grade boys who are interested in trying out for the 8^th grade boys’ basketball team this Thursday 17^th in the wresting gym during activity.  Any questions, please see Coach Hardy

 

4. Any student playing a winter sport who has never had an ImPACT test should report to the library after school today Please see Miss Hickey if you have additional questions.

 

5. Due to elementary conferences on Monday, 11/21 and TEMS conferences on Tuesday, Nov. 22, there will be NO 5/6 shuttle bus or FLITE bus next week.

 

6. Attention all 6th Graders going on the Flyers trip next Monday. There will be a mandatory meeting this Friday November 19 during Activity in Mr. Allison's room. Please make sure you are there.

 

7. Reminder to Community Club members:  We will meet during 5^th and 6^th period activity today.  Please come if you can make it.  We will also meet tomorrow, Wednesday after school if you can not make today’s meeting.

 

8. Now for today's recycling message:  Please remember to do your part.  Only paper and cardboard should go in the green bins at our school!   Bottles and plastics can be recycled in the blue bins in the cafeteria.
