Announcements for Monday, May 2, 2011
- All 8th graders planning on participating in the 8th grade Variety Show on Thursday, May 26th need to pick up an audition form from Mr. Schweitzer this week. The audition forms are due back to Mr. Schweitzer by Friday, May 6th. Auditions will be held on Thursday, May 12th after school in the auditorium. Any questions please see Mr. Schweitzer or Mrs. Rickel.
- There will be an important meeting for all 8th graders interested in playing football at Conestoga today during activity in the large group room. See Miss Hickey if you cannot attend.
- The 8th grade boys’ lacrosse team beat Ridley Middle School on Friday by a score of 9-4. The defense had another terrific game, led by Jack G. and Alex W. in the goal. Matt P., Dylan S., Ben C., Chris D., Tim M., and Joey W. all played very well on defense, too. Ryan D. had three goals, Ted P. and Quinn B. each had two goals, and Sam F. and Matt N. each had one goal. Matt N. had two assists, and Ted P., Greg T., Kevin C., and Quinn B. each had one assist.
- 8th grade students attending the Wharton Esherick Field Trip this Friday, May 6th are reminded to submit their permission forms ASAP to Mr. Frescoln.
