  1. Today’s lunch is grilled cheese sandwich, low fat white or chocolate milk, and assorted fruits and vegetables.

 

  1. Community Service Club is looking for you to help your community!

 

Our fun activities may include:

A visit to the Timothy School

Community Service Drives, such as coat and towel drives

Trips to senior citizen home facilities

Cooking Martin Luther King, Jr. Casseroles

Helping out around our school and more!

 

The 5th and 6th grade informational meeting will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 12th and 13 during your activity periods in room 208.

 

The 7th and 8th informational meeting will be held on Thursday Oct. 13th during your activity period in the LGR 12.

 

If you can not make the meeting, 5th and 6th graders should see Ms. Seymour in room 208 for questions, and 7th and 8th graders should see Mrs. Abell-Galella in her office for questions.

  1. The yearbook staff will meet at 2:40 on Wednesday Oct. 12th in the Tech Ed room from 2:40 until 3:00. Please be prompt….

 

  1. Yesterday the 8th grade field hockey team played Garnet Valley.  After the first half the score was 0-1 with Garnet Valley in the lead.  Despite a very strong 2nd half by the entire team the Bulldogs came up short, losing 0-2.  Good luck in your game against Eisenhower today.

 

  1. TE Middle School has had a club called Model United Nations Club for the last 5 years . It is a club that lets students study and represent other countries , thinking of the  needs of those countries. The club is open to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and meets after school.   If you would like to apply to be in the club, see Mrs. Cook in room 203, and plan to attend the first meeting after school Tuesday 18 October .

 

  1. Yesterday the girls 7th grade Field Hockey Beat Garnet Valley with a final score of 1 to 0. The winning goal was scored by Madeleine W. Outstanding performance by all. Fabulous goal tending by Alexa W and Amadea K. Great work girls!! Enjoy your day off today!

 

  1. The Weight Football defeated a hard-hitting Welsh Valley opponent on their home turf yesterday, 12-8. The Bulldog offense was led by the ground attack from Nick S., Zack K., Scott S. and Henry B. behind the blocking of Billy H., Michael D. Hunter F. and Mike M. The Bulldog defense was fired up by Nick D., David P., Matt H., Jack R. and Will M. Come out and cheer the Bulldogs next Wednesday at home against Bala. Congratulations Team on hard-fought win!!!
