Announcements for Wednesday, April 18, 2012

1.       Today’s lunch is Meatball Parmesan on a Sub Roll, assorted fruits and vegetables, low-fat white or chocolate milk.

 

2.       Attention all 8th graders planning on trying out for Conestoga's football team this summer - There is an important meeting on Friday during activity in the wrestling room.  Please see Miss Hickey if you cannot attend.

 

3.       The writing club will meet this week on Thursday at normal time. Please come prepared to work on any articles or writings for the Bulldog Press. If you cannot make the meeting, please see Mr. Mattison to discuss how to turn in your writing.

 

4.       Helping Hands will meet today after school in room 208.

 

5.       Jessica Palldino is today's contestant for the yearbook contest. Jessica please come to the office now to receive your question.

 

6.       In Massachusetts, British troops march out of Boston on a mission to confiscate the Patriot arsenal at Concord and to capture Patriot leaders Samuel Adams and John Hancock, known to be hiding at Lexington. As the British departed, Boston Patriots Paul Revere and William Dawes set out on horseback from the city to warn Adams and Hancock and rouse the Patriot minutemen.
